Slab-On-Grade Laser Tehnology

Slab-On-Grade laser technology produces slab-on-grade concrete floors that are flatter and stronger than any other method. The grade is established by laser, utilizing a profiling system, it delivers the concrete by an auger, and then vibrates and consolidates the concrete. Laser screed or Slab-On-Grade laser technology can screed accurately up to 240 square feet of concrete in about one minute. This means more floor is poured each day of the production schedule and time lines are met more easily.

FF/FL Expertise

Specifying and measuring the flatness and levelness of your commercial concrete job is the standard accepted by quality contractors. 

The definition of FF is the "flatness" of the floor. To determine FF, measurements are taken at successive 1'-0" intervals and the values (curvature) are compared over 2'-0". FL is the levelness or "pitch" of the floor compared to a horizontal plane over a 10'-0" distance. To determine FL, measurements are taken at successive 1'-0" intervals but are compared as the difference in elevation between two points separated by 10'-0".

Tilt Panels

Tilt-up, tilt-slab or tilt-wall is a type of building and a construction technique using concrete. It is a cost-effective building technique and efficient construction method.

In this method concrete elements such as walls and columns are poured on a concrete slab; usually the building floor. After the concrete has cured, the horizontal slab is tilted to vertical with a crane and braced into position until all the structural components are completed.

Tilt-up panels differs from prefabrication in that all components are constructed on the job site. This eliminates the size limitation imposed by transporting elements from a factory to the project site.
